New Jersey Criminal Charges Dismissed!

Client was facing a criminal investigation in New Jersey relating to a burglary that took place in a residential condominium under 2C:18-2, a second degree crime by the Camden County Police Department.

The allegations stemmed from the taking of over fifty thousand dollars (50,000.00) from a safe. Client hired criminal defense lawyer Eileen Burns to defend him. After taking care of failure to attend court which left client with a bench warrant, Attorney Burns was able to secure client’s release back into the community pending the investigation.

After working tirelessly for her client, Attorney Burns was able to convince the authorities to only charge her client for the following offenses: 2C:20-7A- Receiving stolen property, a third degree crime; 2C:20-3A Theft by Unlawful Taking, a third degree crime; and Forgery- Altering/Changing Writing without authorization, a fourth degree crime.

Finally, on July 26, 2019, Camden Municipal Court, Camden City Hall, 520 Market Street, Camden New Jersey, Attorney Burns was able to accomplish having all charges dismissed. Client walks out of the courtroom free.
