Civil lawyer Eileen Burns recently obtained a defense award for our client in the Philadelphia Arbitration Center. The Plaintiff argued that she tripped and fell on our client’s property. But after a hard-hitting and tough-fought battle in the Arbitration Center, the panel sided with attorney Burns, concluding that the injury was not the fault of our client. Another of our corporate clients walked out of court today in a good mood.
