Yesterday at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, Attorney Thomas Kenny surrendered a client who had an absconder warrant issued from the Bucks County Adult Probation and Parole department. Kenny was able to obtain an immediate, same-day hearing at which the warrant was removed and the client was given back time with immediate parole. Both the client and his father were very happy.
